1. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless explicitly stated under contract, all custom software source code, architectural documentation, and product deliverables engineered for clients become 100% intellectual property of the purchasing entity upon final settlement.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Production SaaS applications and cloud architectures managed by Manikarnika Technologies are governed by written Enterprise SLAs providing up to 99.999% uptime guarantees.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
